90-day money-back guarantee
We want your dog to feel the difference. If you are not satisfied with Canisium for any reason, contact us within 90 days of your purchase and we will refund your order.
How to request a refund
- Email us at info@canisium.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Our support team will reply within 24 hours with the next steps.
- Once your request is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The exact date the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Exceptions
The guarantee covers one money-back request per customer and household. Free gifts included with an order (such as the e-book) are not refundable separately. Shipping costs paid at checkout are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
