Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment centers.

Processing time

Orders are prepared in 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). This includes payment verification, quality control and packing. During high-demand periods processing can take up to 7 business days.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery to the continental United States usually takes 7 to 15 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may need extra time. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Orders of 2 or more bottles ship free.

Order tracking

When your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information can take 3 to 5 business days to update after the label is created.

Multiple packages

Orders with several bottles may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you.

Address errors and lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us before your order ships. If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us and we will help you locate your package or send a replacement.
